Our Quality Promise
At Vionti Health, we are committed to delivering the highest quality compounded medications and an exceptional patient experience. Every product is prepared by licensed U.S.-based compounding pharmacies and shipped with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If something is not right, we will make it right.
1. Damaged or Defective Products
If your medication arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not as described, Vionti Health will provide a full replacement or full refund at your choice. We stand behind the quality of every product we deliver.
Qualifying conditions include:
- Product arrived with visible damage to packaging or medication
- Product arrived with a broken or compromised seal
- Product does not match your prescription (wrong item, wrong dosage)
- Product is missing from your shipment
- Product arrived past its expiration date
- Product shows signs of improper storage or contamination during shipping
2. How to Report an Issue
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible:
- Contact our support team at support@viontihealth.com or call (844) 357-3601
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- Provide photos of the damaged or defective product and packaging (if applicable)
- Report within 14 days of receiving your order
Our support team will review your claim and respond within two (2) business days. In most cases, we will ship a replacement immediately or initiate a refund without requiring you to return the damaged product.
3. Replacement Process
If you opt for a replacement:
- A new order will be prepared and shipped at no additional cost to you
- Replacement orders are prioritized and typically ship within one to two business days of claim approval
- You will receive a new tracking number via email once the replacement ships
- The replacement will be shipped using the same shipping method as your original order
4. Refund Process
If you opt for a refund for a damaged or defective product:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
- Refund processing typically takes five to ten (5-10) business days from claim approval
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional two to five business days for the refund to appear on your statement
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and services are generally non-refundable:
- Telehealth consultation fees: Consultation fees cover the physician's time and professional evaluation, regardless of whether a prescription is issued. Once a consultation has been completed, the fee is non-refundable
- Medications that have been used or opened: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for medications that have been opened or partially used (unless the product is defective)
- Change of mind: We are unable to provide refunds for orders where the product was delivered as described and in good condition but the patient has changed their mind
- Subscription cancellations: If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access to any remaining period already paid for. Partial-month refunds are not issued for subscription cancellations
6. Prescription Not Issued
If a licensed physician determines that treatment is not appropriate for you after reviewing your health assessment, and no prescription is issued, you will not be charged for medication. If you have already been charged for medication that was not prescribed, you will receive a full refund for the medication portion of your order.
7. Shipping Issues
If your order is lost in transit or has not arrived within the expected delivery window:
- Contact us at support@viontihealth.com with your order number
- We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package
- If the package cannot be located, we will ship a replacement at no additional charge or provide a full refund
8. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that special circumstances may arise. If your situation does not fall neatly into the categories above, please reach out to our support team. We review each case individually and strive to find a fair resolution for all parties.
